By accessing or using Postround ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Registration and Account

To use the App, you must create an account. During registration, you will be required to provide your email address, name, age, and gender

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account information with others.

4. Data Collection and Permissions

The App requires access to your device's camera for scanning scorecards. Images may be saved for processing purposes, but we do not use these images for any other purpose.

(a) Technical Errors
The App may have occasional technical errors that could result in inaccuracies in your golf statistics. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee error-free performance.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, at our discretion, for any violation of these TOS or for any reason we deem necessary.

We may update these TOS from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these TOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, United States.
